Key Account Manager
- Manage sales activities of key telecommunications industry customers.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- To engage with all the various coordinates and explore cross selling/ up selling opportunities in the assigned accounts.
- Cost analysis & review with respective teams to increase company competitiveness.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Identify and monitor client financial status and manage risks related to contract agreements and prices across customers/segments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management.
- Preferred to have background/experience in cable business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- BSc/BA in business administration, engineering or relevant field.
- Proficiency in English
