Key Account Manager


  • Manage sales activities of key telecommunications industry customers.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. 
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. 
  • To engage with all the various coordinates and explore cross selling/ up selling opportunities in the assigned accounts.
  • Cost analysis & review with respective teams to increase company competitiveness. 
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. 
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. 
  • Identify and monitor client financial status and manage risks related to contract agreements and prices across customers/segments.



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management. 
  • Preferred to have background/experience in cable business. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. 
  • Excellent organizational skills. 
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation. 
  • BSc/BA in business administration, engineering or relevant field. 
  • Proficiency in English
